OUR CHERRIES
At Rancho Pinard we try to extend our cherry picking season by including early varieties such as the "Early Burlats." However, we still have plenty of Bing, Rainier, Lambert, as well as pie cherries. Each of these varieties have their own unique flavors and textures.
PHILOSOPHY
Our mission is to provide the highest quality cherry picking experience in the Gem county area. We aim to provide this by using organic practices, keeping a well manicured orchard, and having some of the best views in the entire area. Not to mention, our cherries are among the sweetest coming out of Idaho.
EVENTS
Our next upcoming event will be the early burlat cherry harvest. Bings will be following shortly thereafter.
ORCHARD
OPEN DAYS
During cherry season our orchard is open seven days a week, from 9:00 to 6:00 daily. After cherry season, we are generally open by appointment only, for u-pick peaches, apricots and raspberries.
PRACTICES
At Rancho Pinard, we use organic practices. This ensures the health of our orchard, the local wildlife including the bees, and that the fruit you receive is the highest quality for both you and your family.
ALPACAS
Aside from the fruit that we offer, we also raise a small herd of Alpacas. These gentle creatures have filled our lives with much joy and contentment. They can often be viewed grazing pastureland not far from the orchard.
